The M.O.C Board or magnetic knife holder has a continuous magnetic field that will hold any ferromagnetic object, in other words, objects containing metal that attracts to magnets will stick to the magnetic knife strip. Why is a continuous magnetic field an important feature of our knife holders, well the answer is simple when you want to put your knives away the last thing you want to do is find where the magnet is to store your knife, you just want to put the knife anywhere along the magnetic knife strip and go on with your activities.
